Adecco Maroc recrute pour un de ses client un Assistante Back-office Anglophone
To support the commercial and technical departments, including customers and suppliers attendance (face-to-face and telephone), billing and current accounts control, receivables and collections, databases updating and maintaining, processes opening and archive, mail reception, distribution and delivering.
Profile:
• University degree;
• Proven experience in administrative area, preferably in similar positions, including commercial service and collections;
• Learning capability, method, accuracy, organization and attention to detail competencies;
• Effective communication (oral and written) and interpersonal understanding;
• Dynamism, motivation, responsibility and team player;
• Advanced computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of SAP system is a plus);
• Reasonable English knowledge (application differentiating factor).
