To coordinate the activities and manage the resources of the constructions in progress, budgeting support and profitability improvement of the contracted constructions, monitor and ensure compliance with the objectives and eliminate deviations. Manage technical teams and/or contractors, contact the customers in the different stages of the construction and provide the proper technical support, following the work development.
Profile:
• University degree in Electronic Engineering (or related);
• Preferably with some experience in construction sector;
• High evolution and growth potential, flexibility and learning capability;
• Knowledge about technical processes and procedures in the construction context;
• Knowledge of applicable legislation;
• Problem solving capability, planning, organization and method;
• Effective communication and interpersonal understanding;
• Computer skills;
• Valid driver´s license and willing to travel.
