Adecco Maroc recrute pour un de ses client un Administration Manager dans la construction industrielle
Missions:
-Food, accommodation and transportation arrangements for the company's employees, their dependents and visitors. Monitoring of light vehicles allocated to employees.
-Assignment of duties to the transportation section and its follow up.
-Obtaining and follow up of various permits concerning the company's site and premises, equipment, light vehicles etc.
-Preparation of lease contracts for rented houses/apartments, offices and maintenance of relevant records. Follow up of utilities, required payments, maintenance, cleanness and security of all premises related to the company's activities
-Establishment and maintenance of medical facilities and related resources in order to provide adequate medical services to company's employees, in compliance with local regulations and contracts' requirements
-Perform any other duties assigned by the Site Management
University degree with at least 10 years experience in related fields, preferably in large construction or engineering companies Autre : Anglais indispensable
