Hellofood is the new start-up from Rocket Internet in Morocco. Rocket Internet is a global and leading incubator of start-ups specialized in e-commerce. We have already built successful companies like Zalando, Linio, Dafiti, Zalora, FoodPanda, etc. We are present in more than 20 countries in Europe, Middle East, Asia, Latin America and Africa and this accumulated experience has allowed us to develop a strong platform, which can support new ventures with both advice and capital on a truly global basis.
Hellofood launched its activities in Africa in 2012 and is now already operating in 7 countries (Nigeria, Morocco, Ivory Coast, South Africa, Kenya, Senegal, Ghana) and about to open new countries. In Morocco we are already operating in 2 cities and expanding to the whole country. We want to create a well-balanced team of truly passionate, dynamic, highly motivated and talented individuals with a passion for emerging markets and Africa.

Job Description: Business Development Manager
Your tasks will be to take responsibility and drive all activities required to grow the company, including:
• Develop commercial activities (identify target customers, prioritize potential portfolio, cold calls, etc..)
• Develop and execute on marketing, customer acquisition strategy
• Develop strategic partnerships for the activity
• Participate in negotiations
• Actively contribute in recruiting
• Conduct commercial follow up
• Report directly to the CEO or Head of Business Development
