Job profile qualities and characteristic:
- Have recognized professional qualifications and work experience in one of the field above.
- Have significant teaching ability in one of the field above.
- Have preferably carried out part of his activity in the Oil & Gas.
- Have strong interpersonal skills and capacity to manage multicultural context.
- Have motivation and proactivity and positive approach to critics.
- Be able to communicate clearly, effectively and comprehensibly in the language in which the training is carried out (Arabic and/or English)
- Be able to understand, analyze and manage groups dynamics.
