To perform general administrative activities, including: face-to-face and telephone service, records and documents control, databases updating, file reception, opening and archive, mail reception, distribution and delivering.
Profile:
• High school degree;
• Experience in administrative area, preferably with commercial service and collections;
• Learning capability, method, accuracy, organization and attention to detail competencies;
• Effective communication (oral and written) and interpersonal understanding;
• Computer skills (especially Microsoft Excel and Word).
